just wondering about Quinoa and whether any of you eat it, and what you think it is like. i recently read in "you are what you eat" that it is a more efficient way of digesting protein rather than meat. i checked the nutritional info and it has half the protein of the same amout of chicken breast
im going to do a lil bit of research into it, but i was hoping to get your opinions on it.
I tried it recently, seems ok, nothing great. I prefer to use bulgur wheat or puy lentils in that kind of capacity.
i like quinoa alot i mix it up in all sorts of different ways add vegies sometimes i even have it with berries
