    Doing cardio without using legs?

    Is there any way to get a good cardio workout without heavily using your legs (e.g. escalator machine, cycling, etc.)?

    The reason I ask is because I want to give my legs a chance to recover after my leg day, but continue with my cardio

    Any suggestions are welcome, thanks

    At my rehab center we had a bicycle for your arms, i hated it but it leaves your legs out.

    rowing. It uses the legs but not heavily. I guess if you really wanted you could put some negitive weight on pullups and try that.

    this works your legs a little but jump ropping. Also not a good a idea if your calves are sore.

    You could alwasy just drop your carbs and do some high rep exercises on the end of you mas training program

    boxing: shadow boxing or heavy bag. Amazing workout that you can limit the amount of leg work on.
