I was doing squats the yesterday and Today my lower back is not well. I am still moving fine but i notice a dull pain (not the muscle soreness i am used to) Its in the lumbar region. I have been lifiting 6 days a week with 3 day split. My question is, would you suggest cutting the leg day out for a bit and taking a rest, or doing leg day minus the squats (the real reason to have a leg day in the first place), or some other option?
