I guess that's a no.. plus I doubt that if a gym didn't have a simple leg curl machine that they would have a ghr... wish mine had one
somewhat what I eat...
I've started doing GHR's on the lat pulldown station like Max Mex mentioned. My gym has a padded piece of wood which I set across the seat so there's enough width to put my knees. GHRs rule
EDIT: I think you can also do GHRs on the back extension machine.... assuming it's one where you start out flat and not on an incline.
