    Still lookin sick bro. Excellent squatting especially at +25 over! I have a question for you - do you think lifting 1x a week would help any with strength? One day of ATF squat, bench, and deads? Along with core work. Plus the 40 hours a week of loading trailers obviously. Shoot me a PM if you ever get the time, I appreciate it man.

    Jed: Thanks, bro! Man, 40 hours a week of loading trailers sounds like a workout in itself. I think 1 workout per week is better than no workout. Not sure how much gain you'll get. It all depends on how quickly your body likes to adapt to something and if your body will hold onto gains with one workout per week. I know mine doesn't and I need exposure to a lift in some shape or form about twice per week. Give it a shot though man, what's the alternative?

    Had a bench session the other day that I won't bother posting because it sucked. My elbows were so wrecked from shoveling heavy ass snow for the last 2 days that I wasn't really in any shape to bench. Got it in anyway.

    CManuel and Painzer came down to lift today. What can I say? These two guys are ****ing awesome and brought some great intensity to the place. Outstanding lifts all around and can't wait to do it again. We all broke PRs on Deadlifts and Painzer took a Squat PR as well. Awesome session! CManuel and Painzer have a meet coming up on the 14th and I think they are going to do quite ****ing well.

    Deadlifts felt a bit heavy at first but I got it together and managed to finally get 5pps. This has been a long time goal of mine and I didn't expect to knock it out today. I'll have some videos up later but that 495 was a battle, lol. 460 came up really well though and I'm quite pleased with how things are coming along. Alos trained in my singlet for the first time ever today. Those things are pretty dorky feeling, lol.

    I've managed to slowly get back into the Powerlifting pool lately and so far I'm having no problems with my body. So, without further ado, bring on the Westside template! The plan is 4 weeks on and 1 week deload. I hope everything holds together, I love lifting heavy. DE Bench tomorrow and I'll have my 495 vid up later.

    No kidding! I honestly think that was the most awesome lift I've seen with my own eyes. I've never seen someone fight through a struggle like that and win before. Mad props on the 5 pps, which is over a 3x bodyweight deadlift. Amazing.

    Hell ya man!!!! A 5 plate deadlift is definately an awesome milestone. Especially considering that you only weigh 160 lbs!!!! Have fun on Westside. Soon you'll be pulling 6 plates!
