Hi, I'm new here, learned about this site from a friend who post's on here, and from what I've seen, it's a great source of information, I'm pretty new to lifting, only started working out about 3 months ago, and it's been a great influence on my life! I'm currently using SS, been using this program for approx 3 weeks. My current lifts are
front squats 135x3x5
shoulder press 135x3x5
power cleans 95x3x5
I'm currently 165 lb, about 18% body fat, i'm hoping to trim that down to about 10-12% by the end of the year, if not sooner, dieting is the big challenge for me, I'm going to meet with a nutritionist soon to try and get a metabolic test and a good diet, being in the army has it's advantages. I'm looking forward to learning from you all and watching my lifts go up!
Today was cardio, I warmed up for 4 minutes at 4.5, then ran interval training with a 5% incline, first two sprints were at 7.5 for 1 min with 1 min cool down of 4.0, followed by a 8.5 sprint with 4.0 cool down, and 3 sprints of 9.5 with 4.0 cool down's on each, with a 5 minute cool down at the end.
