At the gym I am at, it's hard to stick to some of the same exercises because there are only so many benches and so many people who wanna use them. I can get 2 of my 3 exercises for my chest done...but the 3rd is always hard to get in. Do you think it's OK to do another exercise (On a machine) instead, when you can't get a bench. Or is that not a great idea? I am still working my target muscle...just not with the same exercise.
The same pretty much goes for other target muscles...I can get in the first 2 exercises, then when I get to the 3rd, it's either wait around for the bench or whatever to free up or hit a machine. Since I wanna keep up my pace, I have been hitting the machine.
