The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

6 Month Goal - What results can i achieve ?

    Hi guys.
The last 10 years or so i have been eating pretty bad, too the stage now that i cant really eat anything sweet because of my teeth and that i am getting fat and never had a six pack.
I am 23 years old in feb and i want to change.
My thing is even to this day i eat crap every day have prob 1 decent meal a day.

What i am inquiring to is if i trained 4 days a week on a bulk, and doing cardio twice a week, eating nothing unhealthy what so ever for 6 months and pushing myself each and every time.

What can i be looking at in 6 months time.

    Stats at the moment - 23yo. 180 pounds - 5'10, 22%bf

I believe i can have a huge difference but i am wanting to see what you guys reckon i can achieve in 6 months.
    Cheers

It's impossible for anyone here to tell you exactly what you can acheive without knowing your genetics and mental drive. I think if you have the drive and eat nothing but healthy food you will be quite pleased with yourself in 6 months time.

    Start lfiting man

WWB 1, from there, youll start to diet properly and things willc lick in place.

    Just start lifting.
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

If you start NOW and are consistent for 6 months, you'll have very nice results. Maybe down to 15% body fat at a similar weight if you do it right.

Read every sticky thread in the diet and weightlifting forums, pick a good routine and SORT YOUR DIET OUT. I can not stress this enough!

Wait, you consider yourself overweight and want to bulk?? If you bulked I don't think you would too pleased with the results. You should start making small changes and work from there:
    - Start weight lifitng NOW. Print of WBB1 and go to a gym today.
    - Clean up your diet. Don't worry about how much you eat for now, just take out the crap.
    - Once you've cleaned it up, start tracking what you eat on www.fitday.com and report back to us

    GOOD LUCK!
