    My workout routine / entries

    sup, new guy here!

    diet / workout journal I have been tracking my workouts the past several months.. anything you'd change?? browsing through the history calender might also help as well aside from the workout routine page.

    Oh n' you'll see that the last week I didn't have any entries, cause I was on vacation.

    yeah looks pretty good actually. I would just say to add supersets bc they work wonders for gaining mass. are u taking creatine?
