    i dont' do any cardio, i sometimes walk up and down the stairs befor i sign into the gym.

    4 with weights a week.
    Used to do 5 with weights and 4 cardio, while doing that i had to increase my calories by 5-700a day and still lost fat. Needed a TON of sleep too.
