    Lunges

    How do you guys all like to do your lunges? In strides across the gym, up/down on a smith, up/down with BB, or stepping forward and back again with a BB? I've been doing mine with the last method, what do you reccommend?
    32 yo - 5'6" - 170 lbs

    i do my lunges with DB across the gym
