I only workout at home with dumbbells. I was wondering If lunges and stiff legged single leg deadlifts would be decent for building leg mass.
Are lunges similar to Leg Press? Do you guys think I should incorporate lunges into my routine or maybe alternate it with Leg Extension or something?

I've found that walking lunges are much better than the regular. I incorporate them into most of my leg workouts.
