New Routine and new set and reps
Hi, i was going to the gym for a month after i broke my wrist and i got measured the other day and i did put on some gains and i was pretty happy with it.i was doing 3x10 with every exercise i did.
But i have herd alot of people talking about pyramiding is a more efficent way to gain mass and strength, so my trainer made me another program with pyramiding an for every exercise i do i go 12, 10, 8, 6.
id this enough sets for every exercise i do. i have now gone to a 2 day split and i got to the gym 4 times a week.
Strength & Protection
IMO, 2 day splits are hard to affectively hit all your muscle groups in a timely manner.
