    Rib Cage

    So I've read all over that "Pullovers will stretch/increase the width" of your rib cage. To be blunt, what the fu*k does this mean? Is the muscles between my ribs growing and actually making my rib cage stretch out and expand by doing pullovers? Are pullovers totally worthless? I add 3 sets of 15 pullovers after my other chest exercises, just becuase Arnold said so. But...I want to know really what these puppies are doing physically, and are they just some old-school myth exercise.
