I don't even calculate calories on paper anymore. I eat pretty similar every week, so I just kinda look at my weight gain for the week and adjust from there.

    Today's Training

Sleep = 7 hours, I tried to get more... but my body doesnt like more then 7-8 hours of sleep =\

    Diet

    Total: 2648
    Fat: 83 746 29%
    Sat: 11 103 4%
    Poly: 19 169 7%
    Mono: 23 208 8%
    Carbs: 319 984 38%
    Fiber: 73 0 0%
    Protein: 208 833 33%
    Alcohol: 0 0 0%

    Training

Weights : ME Lower Body (Week 1)

Rack Pulls set at mid shin

    185x5
    235x5
    285x5
    325x3 (+10 lbs)

    Reverse BB Lunges

    175x10
    175x10
    175x10
    (+10 lbs)

    - getting harder and harder, on the first set I lost balance while performing my left leg so I had to somewhat gain my composure again before I hit the rest of the sets arg!! might try one leg squats next week.

    Lying Leg Curl

    12x12 (+2)
    12x12 (+1)
    12x12 (+3 reps)

    - dont know the weight conversion, just giving the number of the plate... guessing between 10-12.5 lbs per plate

    DB Farmer Walks
    BB Static Holds

    Cardio : none

    Comments
    - did the stupidest thing at the end of the workout... was taking off 100 lb plate from the barbell after static holds and accidently knocked my headphones out my ear and dropped the weight on top of my left ear phone... F**K not even a month old... will try and exchange them or this just might give me an exuse to buy a new set... probably some canal phones like the shure e2c'sssssssssssssssssssss for all you audiophiles out there any opinions on them?? would use them to workout and run mostly... on another note I'm out of chicken.

Awesome workout, ryu. Those are some damn heavy lunges. I always feel extremely winded after a heavy set of lunges. Get more chicken stat; no weightlifter should ever run out!

Nice workout. When you lose balance on lunges it could be a hip flexibility problem. I had this problem for years, and I fixed through neuromuscular reeducation, you might want to look in to it.
