    haha ya it wasnt pleasant

    Today

    AM

Squats - wide stance (still getting the hang)

    135x3
    185x3
    225x3
    275x3
    295x3
    315x1

    Reverse BB Lunges
    145x8/8
    155x8/8
    165x8/8

doing reverse lunges alternating legs is tiring, good thing Ive been working on my gpp... otherwise I would be winded before I hit muscle failure or even close to it.

    Lying leg curls
    120x8
    120x8
    120x8

Im seriously considering hitting up the super training gym in Sacramento with Hatred. Ill probably look more into it the end of next month because ill be down in SoCal and traveling for the next couple weeks after finals is over. Only problem is the price might be a little much since I am not working and the drive WITHOUT traffic is at least an hour from where I am.

Strong squatting. Are you still hovering around 180?
Move heavy weight, eat, sleep, repeat.
