    - I don't know if I wasnt warmed up, felt kinda heavier then usual... was thinking these would be easier then they had been.

    - on another note... I got my new canal phones.... instead of ordering online I found a somewhat local place and bargained them down to cheaper then I could find it online, only thing was I had to drive an hour each way so in the end because of gas prices I guess it didn't matter.... but it was like same day shipping if you wanna look at it that way the sound is awesome, only thing is I need to play with the inserts to see which one is best and will isolate the sound for my ear.

    What are canal phones? I find that if I alternate between chest & back exercises that I'm stronger on the second for some reason.....try alternating chest then back and see if this works for you......might make those db rows feel light! Still a good session!

    good workout bro, your journal is lookin real good. I would reccomend on the db bench to increase your weight by 5 pounds every set, maybe take a little more rest, but I think you'll like the gains, plus it will help you move up faster. I was starting with 55's 2 months ago, and now I'm starting with 80's. good luck and mad props about being in the military, that's really noble.
