    On me sq/dl days definately try reverse band deads. Easy to set up.
    Band squats should be a staple for DE sq and bench days(3on/3off)
    reverse band bench is supposed to be fun, i never tried it as i lack a rack.
    Lockouts with bands trashes your tri's! gotta give those a shot

    cphapfner : definitely. they come with about 3 different rubber and 3 different foamie pads to suit your needs
    adam: appreciate it, I think I will try some bands on my de squat tomorrow... so should I like drop the weight for my 10x2 sets when adding the bands or just add the bands and keep the same weight which I started at 50% 1rm

    you can drop the de weight a bit less then 50% on your first day just so you get used to the bands. I usually use about ~20lbs less when i have the bands on.

    Sleep = 6.5 hours

    Diet

    Short on cals need to get some in...

    Training

    Weights : Rest Day
    Cardio : Intervals

    had major doms in my a*s so I decided to take the intensity down some, I did 15 intervals of 30/30 using 6mph/10mph. Although a bit challenging, I could have proceded for quite a bit longer at this pace..... probably a lot longer.

    5 minute warmup
    15 minute intervals
    5 minute cooldown

    actually ya I just got back from the gym this morning after trying them out... hit a little speed squats and box squats with them I was gonna try reverse band deads but had no clue how to set them up... lol
