    wow, wasn't your max incline bench just 165 a few weeks ago? Nice improvement with 150x6x3. I like how you superset, how long do you usually stay in the gym?

    John0101 : ya I guess it was... more food = more strength, I usually in there for 45 minutes. Sometimes I can get out quicker sometimes it takes up to an hour... never in the gym over an hour though.

    Chub : haha, its a competition!! now keep up, so i can push even harder I dunno havent weighed myself in awhile but maybe a lb a week.... I wouldnt guess much more then that... but then again my diet will be super off this weekend and will eat crap pretty much... already had some pizza ice cream and japanese food today hrmm!!! I dont even really crave the food, I practically just eating it to eat it, but hey its only a few days.

    - kind hard to figure out weight for weight between 1 gym and the other.... got a gym opening up here 2nd week of december right next to me (literally) so Ill probably just workout there rather then the off post one im currently going to and the one on post.... hopefully over time they make this gym open 24 hours like the one a few blocks away.

    I wish my gym was open 24/7... I find half the time I end up with only 45 mins or so to workout (which is near impossible if I gotta throw in abs aswell).

    I love my gym being open 24/7. I normally go at 0400 but I will sometimes hit the gym at 2300 or even 2400 if I have to.

    Nice sessions man.
