    Week 8 GET SWOLE - upper body session B

    Flat BB Bench - 3 second negative

    200x6

    Seated cable rows

    145x10
    145x10 - last few reps got a bit tough, think I will move reps down a bit to the 6-8 range

    Incline BB Bench

    Lat pulldown

    Lateral raise machine (new)

    - for the first few sets I was fooling around with the seat adjustment to find the right placement, didn't get there till the last set. I honestly like this machine moreso then lateral raises with db's I feel I can target my anterior delts moreso... then using db's or upright rows.

    Decided to do misc arm work.... just 2 exercises 1 set a piece for tri's and bi's

    - one of the guys who I see regularly in the gym was like "man you're getting pretty damn cut..."

    I looked at him puzzled and he just was like, you aint trying to are you?? trying to bulk up? I was just like ya I must be doing something wrong if I'm looking leaner haha. Oh well I know I definitely aint leaner as I have the biggest love handles that drape over my pants.

    Nice workout buddy. Your quickly pullin away from me on flat bench man, slow down. At least the guy said "cut." I was called "scrawny" by an old teacher of mine the other day. Damn, looks like I'm going to have to bulk to like 190 or so before starting my cut.

    Chubs : thanks heh, I did slow down... i got to 200 then I went back down to 185 and cycled back up for ya I dont think I will cut at 190.... I dont want to cut down to a small frame anymore.... Im thinking of getting to 220-250 :evillaugh

    Ok so I get my mail, and in there is a bill from collection service group saying I have 30 days to pay x amount of money or it will show up delinquent on my credit for 7 years. The bill is for 1280.00 and is for a tuition payment. Now being in the military I had turned in paperwork for tuition assistance, seeing as how being on active duty tuition is 100% free.... so now im looking at the bill just laughing because Im not gonna pay 1280.00. Just thought I would share. See what happens.... just another day of getting screwed by the gov't.

    So I ask myself, what do I want to do in terms of my bodybuilding goals.... I think I am going with a narcissus approach and bulk the hell out of myself until I hit 300 lbs then hit up a cut, because right now I can care less how fat I get FU*K IT!!!!!!! to hell with being cut

    I'm feelin ya man. I'm tired of people seein me as scrawny and ****. I'm def. going to bulk to at least 190 now before I cut. I'm just hoping to keep the fat gain to a minimum while I do it. I think my ideal physique is very similar to the Rock. Just somethin' bout that combination of size and agility seems appealing to me.

    those love handles are easier to get rid of the more muscle you have to work with on a cut....
