The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Nice journal

Keep us posted on that creatine.
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

I guess cardio bunnying makes Ryu's WBB's example of gym metrosexual.

Maintenance week 1 of 4 ... still on the road to 300 - full body

    Total time = 45 minutes

    V-Squat - I love this thing!
    364x8
    364x8

    Seated leg curls
    170x10
    175x10

    Incline BB Bench

    185x8
    185x5

    BB Rows
    180x8
    Seated Cable Row
    160x8

    Pulldowns
    170x8
    170x8

    Seated shoulder press
    65'sx8-easy

    Laterals
    100x7

    Rear fly
    130x12-easy

    CG Bench
    155x8
    155x8

    BB Curl
    80x8
    80x6

    DB Shrugs
    110'sx10

    Ab crunch
    70x10
    75x10

    - im beginning to enjoy the full body workouts, but dont really know if I will stick with them. I do feel as if the creatine ethyl is making a difference, I never noticed anything with regular creatine monohydrate, but I'm not fatiguing as fast and despite the drop in calories my strength continues to boost up, actually I think I might of dropped a lb this week if anything.
