    I Think I Have Tennis Elbow!! Help!!!!

    ive been lifting for a solid year now and went up pretty well and was doing pretty well. After my last workout , i did not lift for 5 days and on the 5th day , my left arm suddenly started hurting. I was not sure what had happened because i had not lifted in the past 5 days and thought it was very strange. Now its been the second week after that and it still hurts time to time. Tennis elbow is where the area where the triceps are starts hurting alot. The area on the other side of the biceps on my arm just kept on hurting and is still hurting but definately not as much as it was. I was hoping someone else had some advice for me as to what to do. Thanx so much!!

    my friend got tennis elbow, although he called it " mechanics elbow". The doctor gave him some strap with a gel pad on it to strap around his forearm for a few weeks.... Seemed to work for him. G/L talk to your doctor
