    Uneven Bi's

    I know my Bicep Strength is uneven, but Ez Curl Bar/barbell, seems to work really well for me. I was told that using a Barbell when your arms are uneven isn't a good idea, and stick with Db's until there even, but when using a bar bell i think i get more out of it, what do you guys thing i sohuld do?

    be patient.

    ppl dont get fat over night.

    people dont get smart over night.

    people dont get buff over night.

    so your biceps wont evne out over night

    just continuing with the dumbells until they even out. Just do say 1 or 2 less sets with stronger arm. That way you stop training your arms, but your stronger arm wont continue to leap ahead.

    Ok thxs, but im pretty much asking, if its okay to keep bar belling, as i find it works VERY well for me, but my Left Arm is about 3 reps stronger then my right!

    yah keep going till your happy.

    Just a suggestion: you might want to make your "weaker" arm a tad stronger than your "stronger" arm.

    since you are right or left handed youll probably be able to concentrate on moving more with the right arm. Or atleast thats how it is with me. So i end up accelerating my right arm's progress.


    and on that last post i meant "that way you dont stop training either of the arms." instead of "that way you stop training both arms"

    I had this same problem for a while. I personally switched to only dbs but just training normally they can't get all that lopsided and eventually when they get big enough only you notice that one is bigger than the other, then after more training you won't even notice anymore. I think I'll suggest dbs though because with one bi stronger than the other, if you do the same amount of sets and reps with both arms, the weaker bi will get a better workout than the stronger and catch up faster IMO.

    Lift heavy weights and quit over analyzing everything. The disparity between your biceps as far as strength goes is probably negligible, so quit worrying about it.

    I think you should, work less on your arms, and do more compounds, then possibly learn how to use a comma, buddy!

    Haha, my grammar was quite poor in grade 9 ( 1.25 years ago). Is their any real reason why your bumping this thread though?
