    btw.. I thought you were a fan of Westside.. I notice that your last few low back workouts you did DLs.. do you not do Good Mornings instead of DLs most of the time like Westside?

    Ok I'm back. Took a few days off last week from feeling a little beat up/run down. Monday I did bench assistance and my pecs/delts haven't been this sore in a looooong time.

    Decent session. The squatting felt good. After the box work I wanted to do some RAW work with the SSB. After a few warmups I decided not to. I did some heavy shrugs and lat work. The decided to try some goodmornings for the hell of it. The weight was real light, but those tore up my hammies good. Not sure if I'll keep them in, but good to know I can do something different form my hamstrings every now and then. My traps are sooo sore from the shrugs, along with my pecs/delts from benching....so shirt work should be fun tomorrow.

    I was still sore as hell in my upper back and even still in my pecs/delts, but today went well. I wanted to make sure I could touch and own 345 again, which was easy. Then I wanted to just go a bit heavier off boards. The 385 was real easy, so I gave a shot at 405. Just missed at lockout. My right arm always lags, not sure if I staggered my grip good enough on that rep. Still happy with this.


    Saturday back to squatting and I don't have the T-rex yet, so I'll be in the canvas again. Hopefully I can get the straps situation figured out.
