    CR's Powerlifting Journal

    If it's ok with everyone else, I figured I'd start up a journal again, but leave it here in the powerlifting section, so those interested won't have to search far for it. Here are the results from my last meet:

    9/18 AAPF Full Power Meet "AZZFEST"

    Sq- 620
    Be- 340
    Dl- 500

    1460 Total

    BWT 158.25(165 Open Class)

    I won best lifter overall.

    My next meet will be a push/pull at the gym I train at on Saturdays(Iron Island) on November 6th. That will be a warmup for my full meet on December 18th. They are both APF meets. I will compete in AAPF if it is offered at the meets, otherwise APF.

    I train 4 days per week like this:

    Mon- Heavy bench
    Wed- speed squat
    Thu- Bench assistance
    Sat- Heavy squat/dl

    @181- 535 SQ 300 BE 570 DL.....1400 total

    @165- 680 SQ 380 BE 540 DL.....1555 total
    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total
