Ok, so I consider myself pretty strong for a skinny guy. I work out about 4-5 times per week (yes legs also) and my arms are a good size, I think. Is 16" flexed a good size for a guy who is 6'3" 185lbs right now? Any how back on track....I arm wrestled this guy at work a while ago and he beat the hell out of me! I mean I was no contest. This guy hasn't worked out in years. He is 21 and I am 23, he's about 5'11" 190ish. Is he just naturally strong? Does he have some special technique? Or do I just suck at arm wrestling?
Any exercises I can do in the gym to make my self better at arm wrestling? I normally work forearms once a week, get a good burn and a lot of veins pop out....also work bi's/tri's once a week.
