How tall are you? You look like you gained some weight around your neck area, and collar bone.

Yeah it looks like your delts/neck area have gotten bigger. Do you bench? Your chest looks like it could use some work, but your arms look decent.

Throw in a front double bicep and a leg picture- that shot trivializes your gains.

I believe he is agreeing with the above poster and saying the same thing the poster is saying. I think he is kinda using it like one of those "I'm with stupid" shirts.

iam actually over 200 punds now, im ve got a wide build as well maybe that might explain why you dont think i am i dunno. most people i ask are suprised im only 200 pounds they ussualy think im heavier. As for ten% that was taken 2 months ago maybe ive gone up a little bit my bak looks fat on this picture. Im not too happy with these pics im gonna come bak in a few months bigger and get a beetter light with a decent camera, u lot let me know what you think though, praise or critism motivates me. Cheers

For your back shot, don't squeeze together the shoulder blades. Show the width by doing a back double bi shot.

Back up a little bit for your pictures. There's no scale at all.
