    maybe a freindly parasite in your stomach eating all that food your consuming.....I don't remember all the stats but tons of people in the US have tape worms......May not seem like a big deal until that worm starts getting quite long and consumes alot of food....

    I dont think tapeworms are quite the problem you make it out to be. I agreew with superior will. If you have an unusual amount of strength, it will take a toll on your body.

    If you are concerned you have a parasite in your stomach, get a blood test done at your doctors office. My doctor does this each year with my physical to be thorough.

    you can also loose muscle from not eating enough when you vigorously exercise.
