iam a ISSA CFT.iam training(bodybuiding style) since 6 years.i never trained the way weight lifters train or for that matter power lifters.in fact iam not familiar with those explosive lifts.my question is how can i go about it?i.e.how should i incorporate these lifts and can i learn these lifts by studying a book as i cannot find any weight lifters around?
Which do you want to do? Powerlifting or Weightlifting?
