The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I was going to get a Rawlings the last time I needed a glove. Quite similar to your new one BC with the laced webbing. That was until I saw my Zett. It's a great glove and the best I've had.

Now you got all winter to break it in BC. I got mine worked in like a goalie trapper so if I'm diving for a grounder and I'm completely out-stretched, when the ball goes in my glove it will shut automatically.

Here is an idea I came up with for working gloves in. When I bought my glove the dude at the store took it from me and took out this thing with a ball and a handle attached to it and smacked my glove a couple of times with it. When I got home I took a ball and put it in a sock and did the same thing the guy at the store did. Just swung the ball into the pocket. It worked great. Within two days my glove looked like it was a year old. If you try this BC make sure there aren't any holes in the toe of the sock or the ball may fly right out.

Here's my work-of-art. Known for its magic on the field and wrecker of batting averages. It's 5 years old now.

...it's more friendly for trainers to say, "yeah, we can help you tone up!" rather than saying, "yeah, we can help you get rid of that fat ass!"

I thought it was the heat you blow by the batters, and the stair you give them? You know the one that says, You fuc*ing better not hit it.

Thanks for the tip bro....I usually just use tanning oil and put a ball in the pocket, then wrap the ****** in a belt for about a week...

I'll try your method tho man, sounds faster
