    Ecce Dominô!

    time to begin a new journal. bodyfat is still unknown, but i am hoping to get a hydrostatic test within the next week before i embark on my 6-week cut. let us begin:

    Weight
    328.

    Sleep
    9 hours. awoke at 7 hours for Meal#1. felt quite exhausted.

    Diet
    Meal#1
    1 can solid white albacore tuna
    1 bowl honey-nut cheerios
    1 bagel w/ homemade vegetable cream cheese
    2 ultra slim-fast shakes (chocolate)
    12 oz milk (in cereal)
    12 oz orange juice
    60 oz water
    1 multivitamin
    1 500mg vitamin C
    1 calcium/zinc/magnesium tablet
    1 800mg ibuprofen

    6 slices pan-fried center cut bacon
    1 bowl grits w/ jalapeno jack cheese
    1 bagel w/ homemade vegetable cream cheese

    2 8 oz sirloin burgers w/ sharp cheddar cheese on white buns
    1 plate french fries w/ hot sauce
    60 oz water

    5 breaded and baked chicken tenderloins w/ tabasco sauce
    1 bowl velveeta shells&cheese
    1 ultra slim-fast shake (chocolate)
    80 oz water
    Meal#5 (post-workout)
    4 ultra slim-fast shakes (chocolate)

    Reflections
    i realized several things that i had done wrong during the previous cycle that i shall pay attention to during my next one. the most primary problem that i believe stalled my progress was training as if i were a powerlifter rather than a bodybuilder. there was absolutely no reason for me to be doing so many 1-rep maxes, week after week. sure, i got much stronger - but honestly, i cannot care about that (to a great extent) for the endeavors i am pursuing. during the last 5 weeks, i have been training with a much higher number of reps, and shorter rests between sets - this has resulted in me continuing to make very good progress (according to the mirror, of course), even though i am now 3 weeks post-cycle.
    worked out with 2 non-wbb members tonight at the gym - but belial, escape01, bennettboy, carolinagirl, and franjipanji were doing their own workouts at the same time. bennettboy is absurdly ripped (and tan - i am quite jealous of his tan). also a very nice guy. cgirl's hamstrings are still very hot. escape01 is going to kill me next week when i begin my 6-week cut and start using the elliptical machine. belial needs to learn how to put the weights down gently. get a spotter f*ckface. and franji was not wearing any panties tonight.

    How many calories is that? Jesus, you have always eaten a lot.

    6 week cut? Not too long, what do you hope to accomplish during that. Such as how much weight/bodyfat do you want to lose?

    rg570: that is because i am watching my girlish figure.

    heath: not sure, but i know it is over ten thousand. and the short duration of the cut is just to test the waters - experimenting with carb cycling, macro ratios, clen/eca, lack of dairy, et cetera. i do not want to do any very aggressive cutting without the concurrent use of AAS, otherwise i will lose far too much muscle mass.

    How do you find recovery with all those sets? I'm guessing your body likes the high volume....otherwise you wouldn't be doing it ay. I tell ya...you're really making those 10000 cals work for u

    Mother of God...that's a $hitload of food. Impressive eating....

    What I find even more impressive is the time/energy involved in planning/preparing/sitting down and eating that many meals. You're like a throwback to the hunter/gatherers..."okay, we finished this meal, but it's time to start rounding up and getting ready for the next one"....it's a full-time job!

    I just had a quick question....its probably stupid....but i thought calcium blocked zinc's ability to be absorbed by the body.....i was wondering if u had read that before
