The Road to Getting Big
I've been working out for the last 5 months, but have only worked seriously for the last 2 months. I'm currently 5'8 1/2,140. And trying to get up to at least 165. I'm currently on a bulking routine from this site:
I don't know if I'm doing enough though.
Just started Hack Squats today.
I'm open to some advice.
