If you have a problem with fat gain, on a bulk, just keep the carbs low gi and in control. Try playing with your cals, and keeping your ratios to 60% protein 20% carbs 20% fats. That's what works for me while I bulk, and keep the fat off, cause I'm naturally a fattie.

13 years old, just eat man. From age 13 to 19 I ate whatever came my way. 6000 calories seemed like a lite day to me back then.

Dont you rememeber the teenage years when you could almost eat anything and you would still be hungry. Am I the only one??

There's nothing wrong with carb cycling bulking diets. However, there is a science to them and a methodology which must be followed, ie., your training schedule dictates your eating schedule. Just doing it haphazardly probably won't serve the effects you are trying to achieve.

If you want to do it properly, search the forums at avantlabs for TwinPeak's diet, and have a look at that.

Well, there are quite a few things not so great.

But, just for starters, why the no carb days? You're bulking. Most bulkers when using carb-cycling do low carb days and high carb days, usually more high than low. If one has a tendency to really store fat, then one might do a no carb day a week, but not usually more than one. You want to remain as anabolic as possible.

I'd suggest (as everyone else here has) more calories if you're 13 and naturally lean. I'd say lift hard and eat everything that wasn't bolted down.
