I currently weigh 150 lbs (5' 10" Male) and would love to
bulk up 25 or so. I workout 3 - 4 times / week with heavy
weights and take Myoplex Mass and Creatine Serum. I also
eat like a COW every day. Should I only be concerned about
the protein and extra eating on workout days or Every day?
My main concern is getting fat before I get fit! I have
never been fat but I am tired of being skinny.
