Barbell Rows, how are they done

Just as the tittle says, how are the barbell rows done, I'm looking for some good back lifting to do at home. Also, would deadlifts help out on the back at all? I know they are mostly for the hamstring..

Obviously the form can be altered. I prefer more of a yates row, not as much of an angle. Also you can vary your grip.

Deads will be great for your traps, erectors and lower back. Id say deads, bent over rows, and chins/pullups would be an awesome routine.

Deadlifts would definitely help lower back development. You can also try good mornings for your lower back.

Great, thanks for the help. I will definatly start these up with deadlifts, never have used the two of them.
