+ How Would i Get that *V-LINE* shape around the hip that all the models have? +

i know i made this post before but my post was deleted?
why i dont know i didnt even post any pics

but can u guys please reccomend some exercises to do
to get that v-line shape around your pelvic bone hip area?

the best i can describe it is usually you can see em on models
that wear low rise jeans. u know its like two lines that stick out on the sides of your hips?

someone reccomended doing sit ups? how would sit ups benefit that area?
would doing hyperextensions to the side work this area?

    thanks alot guys

main thing is lowering your BF%, oblique work should help alot too.

    V line shape

That V line shape, what at least I think you are referring to, is a muscle group known as your hip flexors, they are a muscle group like any other, look for workouts that stimulate your hip flexors such as leg raises.

so what exactly did you do to get them cut?

Lose body fat and they'll appear.

There's no such thing as spot reducing so do all the hip thrusts and ass flexes you want - they won't show until you lose some BF.

Yeah, I'd probably have to agree with all these guys. They show when you have low body fat and it might be genetic? I'm at about 5% body fat and you can see mine.

I'm like 15% bf and I still got em. When I was thinner they were really cut. I never really worked them either... I dunno. Just glad I got em. One of the few genetic gifts I was given.
