I knwo muscles need time to regrow, but what would be good for me to do on the days im resting so they regrow faster? Anything I should eat, drink, or take? Is there anything that would allow me to work the same muscle groups daily or is that a really bad idea?

I don't personally think training your muscles that often is a good thing - you should let them rest, especially if you train with enough intensity to get results...

ill add cause i got nothin else to do... eat and drink!
btw your muscles arent really "regrowing" ... they are really repairing (replacing lost glycomed) and building depending on if you presented them with an overload. Just though youd might like to know!
