    Routine

    Monday- Sholders/Biceps/20min mod cardio
    Tuesday- 1h cardio inc. HIIT ALL OUT CARDIO
    Wednesday- Chest/Triceps/20min mod cardio
    Thursday- 1h cardio inc HIIT ALL OUT CARDIO/Abs
    Friday- OFF
    Saturday- Legs/HIIT
    Sunday- Back/abs/40 mod cardio

    I do about 7 sets and 10 reps for each body part

    looks OK to me.
    Squats work better than supplements.
