OK guys...I have been STRUGGLING to get a big chest...I have been lifting heavy...but nothing....My chest does not do anything...I don't even feel sore after doing chest.
I usually rotate my routine weekly...for example
1 week - upper chest
2 week - middle chest
3 week - lower chest
I do the various types of chest exercises (bench, incline, decline, flies). When I do the exercises, it's a STRUGGLE to lift the weight off of me. I seem to be stuck in a rut, not able to increase. For example, when I do bench or incline barbell, my arms give out...which is preventing me from doing a set of 12, 10, 8, 6...I try to adjust and make sure I have the right form...but for some reason, my arms give out and my shoulders are sore...
So can anyone relate to this? if so, what did u do to fix it? and what exercises do you all recommend to add MASSIVE size to all levels of the chest (mainly upper) for a hardgainer?
