Recently I noticed that whenever I drink protein with milk, I get burning diarhea. Being a chinese teen, I can assume I am now lactose intolerant. Should I switch to lactaid milk b/c, I dunno about you guys but, I hate diarhea.

Yeah, asians usually have no tolerance for dairy.
Do what I do sometimes, make your vanilla protein with ice cold coffee instead of water. It makes it taste somewhat an iced mocha, especially when you blend in a bunch of ice cubes.
Dont worry about it, my little asian friend.
milk isnt as good as you think it is....i mean, it only has 8g of protein for every 12g of sugar.
You're better off just eating a can of tuna or chicken then drinking milk.
Also, mix your protein shakes with water, it doesnt taste bad at all.

It's tasty, nutricious, has vits and minerals, and if you're bulking, is a great way to get the calories you need! Excellent product, infact, i think i will probably have withdrawl symptoms when i have to stop consumption when i diet!...
