    I think i pulled a muscle in my lower back :( HELP!

    its such an annoying feeling i dont know how to describe it other than a pulled muscle. does anyone know how to fix this??


    i definitely need to start stretching before my workouts

    can anyone reccomend good stretches for each muscle group?

    can u bend over?

    iv had my lower back prob for 5 months, i just let it do its thing lol. i to need to keep stretching. mine dont hurt today but 2 days ago it did, we will see today with squats

    if it hurts that bad... rest it. maybe take some anti inflammatory (ibuprofen) or something and just let it heal.

    I feel your pain - I did the same thing last week doing deadlifts and I couldn't walk straight for 2-3 days. ***Listen to Ryuage - the Ibuprofen worked wonders easing the pain and as an anti-inflammatory. I was able to do my back routine the next week. It hurt like h*ll - enough to make me learn my lesson about stretching and not overdoing the amount of stress I put on my back.

    couldnt walk straight? u must havef'ed that up real back.. i think uneed a lesson on form

    maybe, but it was also because I got cocky and tried to lift too much the first time and I have a bad back.
