    upper body vs. lower body

    ok, heres the problem. since i have been working out consistently, my legs have progressed very well, although my arms have been lagging. My legs had a strong base because i had to go through therapy for my knees since i was 12, and just finished about 1 year ago. I was doing leg press, jogging on treadmill, bodyweight lunges. my legs have had no problem progressing since then. But my upper body just doesnt seem to be moving along too well. My bench is low, my curls are low, dips are low, and pretty much everything else with my upper body. Is there some way i can move my arms along more, so that i can look like a monster on upperbody days as well as lower body days? thnx in advance for the help....

    It's the same for me... I think my upper body strength is late maturing as compare to lower body.

    I can squat and deadlift respectable amounts... ****, I can bb row a decent amount, but my bench and military presses are WEAK.

    Just keep lifting and be consistent.

    eat alot and hit em hard. at your weight id seriously gain alotta weight. eat ALOT and train right and youll gain some size.

    Calf/Heel Raises (3x12)
    Leg Curls (3x5)
    Leg Extensions (3x5)
    Lat Pulldowns (3x10)
    Rows (3x10)
    Shrugs (3x10)

    Day 2

    Bench Press (3x8)
    Dips (8,6,4)
    Cable Flyes (3x10)
    Barbell Curls (3x8)
    Military Press (3x8)
    situps (1x50) on decline

    unfortunatly im only available three days per week to lift.

    whatever you are doing, change things up!
