Hello this is my first posting, I have a question about deloading, I'm trying out the big three routine - with excellent success, all my lifts are going up and I'm maintaining my size on calorie deficit diet.
The specific question I have is that it is recommended by the author of 'Improving the big three' Maki Riddington to deload every 4 weeks, What would a deloading phase look like on the two set routine ? and what do you do after this phase ?. Do you jump back to the pre-deload weights and reps or do you go a few workouts back and work up again to the point where you deloaded ?.

I would be grateful if anybody can help me with this question.
