    Squats

    I haven't done squats in over a year and i feel i never really perfected them. I was squating today and warmed up with the bar since my legs are really weak then i put the 25's on and did a set. Then i went on to attempt another set and my hamstrings had a sharp pain and i just stopped and called it a day. Could bad form cause this or am i just not used to squating?

    Probly a muscle cramp. Drink more and try them again.
    You won't get your form right unless you do them.
