The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Best diet book/article/website?

I'm looking for a good diet book that includes but is not limited to CKD.

The two leading candidates are The Ketogenic Diet and Ultimate Diet 2.0.

Which of these is better if you had to choose one?

    Is there something better?

Nothing is better than "The Ketogenic Diet" It covers CKDs, TKDs, and low carbing in general. Be forewarned: The reading is very dry. Lyle makes no attempt at being entertaining.
A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day.
