    Hi, I am new here (just started to get back into lifting after a 4 year lay-off). I know this is probably a dumb question, but could anyone tell me where I can find the Chris Mason's article about adding 1/2 an inch to the arms in a month?

    he doesnt exactly say how often this routine should be done, so when should it be done?

    I've been doing more dips then chin's. I use the dip assist machine. Can't really do it on my own yet. Still a chubby bastard at 235. Chin/pull ups are difficult enough, can barely squeeze out 2.

    get a chin up bar to put between a door in your house and just keep doing chin ups when you get bored eventually they will build up so u can do sets of 20 instead of 2 thats what i did when i first started.

    Yea, I've only gained 15lbs and I put 4" (at least) on my arms.

    no u didnt, please stop with the lie man. i slammed on 40lbs and put on 2.5" on my arms...... I put on 20lbs this summer 190 to 210 and my arms are still 16.5. of course if u wanna back your claims up with photos?

    and 15lbs on YOUR frame isnt NOTHING

    In the article, is he stating to only train ONCE every 4 days period, or just arms every 4 days??

    Everyone's different genius. I've shown pics. And that 15lbs took me over a year of HARD training to gain, so don't tell me it "isn't nothing." I used to be incredibly skinny and that 4" or more on my upper arms has taken me 3 years to put on. My arms are not big, but they are a lot bigger than they were. Not everyone can gain 20lbs in 3 months.

    ok so what are your specs now? i highly doubt 15lbs will add 4" to ur arms. unless ur talking 2" left and 2" right.

    so what u went from 12" to a 16" no u didnt

    5" to a 9".

    someone corrrect me if i am wrong but u need to gain way more than 15lbs to get 4 " on ur arms UNLESS those 15lbs are just IN your arms. yes everyone can gain 20lbs in 3months imo u just gotta know how and willing to do it.

    lets see those pics again, side by side for comparison.....

    look at my before and after pics i used to be like 110lbs. since working out i doubt i have put more than 5" on my arms. and iv put on 100lbs of weight since then

    I have to disagree. There is no way I can gain 20lbs in 3 months. My arms in the first pic were at the biggest 10", I had no musculature. 4 years later, my arms are 14".

    can i see a measurement of 14" my arms were 14" bout year ago and were bigger than that. id say ur lucky if ur 12" flexed

    Again, my armspan is almost 7', so they don't look as big as they are. You can't tell exactly how big they are from a picture like that.

    my arm span inst that much diff than urs. I am over 6' myself. So please post a pic of u flexing 14" arms

    Oh, but I already did silly.
    BTW, you're 6'2, and if I never had scoliosis, my height would be 6'7 or 6'8, so there is a big difference in armspan.
