    Iron?

    How does somebody become iron deficient (this is called anemic right?)? Is this exercise related at all? Can somebody get a mild case of this if they started running a lot (after not running for a while)? Or is it just because there's not enough iron in your diet? Can somebody help me out. I don't have a clue.
    It's like I'm a juicer... but I'm not.

    You become defficient when your iron intake is not the adequate.
    You always loose minerals and trace elements when you're exercising and you need to replace them asap.
    Vitamin C aids in the absorption of Iron.

    if you eat red meat or spinach your most likely not iron deficient

    the only way to truly become anemic, is to bleed on a regular basis. So if you're male, if you have an ulcer, or colon cancer, usually. With women, it's a little different, since we have menstrual cycles.
