    slow digesting?

    I eat cottage cheese before I go to bed every night for the casein protein. I was wondering if I ate some nuts along with it would the casein protein in the cottage cheese slow down the digestion of the nuts as well? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.

    I don't think that's really how it works, but quite simply, the more food in your stomach the longer digestion will take.

    no, fats and fiber slow down digestion, not protein.
    yea that's right, be jealous
