    Calorie Burn during Workouts

    Does anyone have an idea how many calories are burned during a strenuous workout? Say 45 minutes of heavy lifting?

    5'10", ~155 - 160 lbs depending on the time of day.

    The number of calories you burn depends upon your weight, the activity your are doing and the intensity level you are exercising at.

    Ex.:For 45min of heavy lifting you burn 390calories.(~400).
