    need to gain size

    hi guys, i just came back from a 4 month european vacation and i lost 15 pounds so i was wondering what is da best supplement for gaining weight, not fat, but size. i heard n-large was great but i am not sure, thanx!

    Food, and the weight you gain will be muscle if you are working out and eating the correct amount of calories (of which you need to track and determine yourself).

    I use Nlarge2. Remember that its only a supliment, but it does help.
